I didn't think it was possible to beat deadly towers when I played it when I was a kid. I spent months fighting enemies in that dungeon with 200+ rooms. I agree about Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2. My favorite NES game of all time was the Goonies II.

Playing Yakuza 3. First time playing a Yakuza game. Finished watching the stories of Yakuza 1 and 2 and now just starting the main game. So far, so good.

Finished the main story in Tales of Grace F. Game is definitely fun overall, but the ending was sorta meh. Playing Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention for Vita. Demon's Souls should arrive in the mail tomorrow.

I think I'm nearing the end of the main story in Tales of Graces F. Game still holds up quite well (still can't beat Hubert in one-on-one combat. He's pretty nasty! ). Starting Yakuza 4.

Interested in playing Dark Souls. Should I play Demon's Souls first, since I hear that they will be shutting down their servers next month? Or should I simply forget about it and play Dark Souls instead?

About 10 hours into Tales of Graces F. One of the most exciting combat systems I have ever experienced in an RPG. Why in the hell didn't they localize this game over a year ago? What were they thinking?

Spoiler I remember while I was playing, I saw another player with this really long scarf and how the person would make different music whenever they spoke compared to my own. The player also showed me the location of one of those hidden treasure things. Then there was another part where another player and I would help each other out by singing to each other whenever that flying dragon thing was nearby so we would know when to head for cover. Question about The Journey Spoiler How do you earn the trophy where the same player plays with you throughout most of the game? I had 8 random people join my game throughout my first playthrough. Do you simply have to get lucky?

Put a couple of hours into Tales of Phantasia (SNES/SFC) today. Damn. I've never seen a main character experience so much shit in such a short time period. The hero just can't catch a break. lol I'm still amazed that this was an SNES title, with all the content, voices, soundtracks (which is beautiful, btw), and etc.

Put a few hours into FFXIII-2 today (for 360). It's everything I expected it to be and better. One thing I like so far is how the game lets you knowthat a cinematic event is occuring so you're not caught off guard by some random QTE out of nowhere like some other games do.

The only higher requirement that you need is a high school diploma and a decent score on the ASVAB (which is really easy to do).
