My view on PC gaming not existing is because there is no such thing as PC exclusives worth a damn anymore and there hasn't been for a long time. Last one I can think of is StarCraft 2 and that was 2010.

PC gaming is just more expensive console gaming.

And like I mentioned I agree again, it's what I just said in that long ass text - even listing all the CDPR games, they all have trash combat/gameplay, they are about the story, characters and environments first and foremost.

I don't really care for Sony 1st Party stuff so I don't pay attention.

Rise of the Ronin is suppose to be dropping early 2024 though. This game is like the main reason I even got a PS5.

It's ok I get some of you hate cybu for the wrong reasons, but CDPR never did good combat. Hell even witcher 1 (which is also the best witcher game because of the story and pacing, except for hearts of stone story with gaunter o' dim) had the best combat and that was some JRPG barebones shite, remember the just clicking the sword icon when a flame appeared to deal max damage, and then you would switch between stances for single target, multitarget and some strong attack. 

 

Witcher 2 the absolute worst combat ever, clunky as fuck and with one of the skills, you can roll farther and are faster than running so you end up rolling around like sonic on coke.

 

Witcher 3 absolute gibberish floaty combat - I think I agreed with Sabo once that Witcher 3 combat looked cool when you did those finisher moves, beheading dudes and cutting limbs BUT I'm saying the gameplay sucks as well even if it had more RPG mechanics which are also just not necessary. 

 

 

 

That definitely wasn't me. I love Witcher 3, one of my top 3 games for last gen, but I've never said anything good about its combat. I think the nicest thing I've said about it was that it was serviceable and functional. I don't think it's terrible but it's definitely not good.

Doesn't matter to me though, what I loved about Witcher 3 was the writing and how the game would constantly surprise me with the unexpected.

Maybe they should've made an actual Saints Row game instead of making whatever the fuck that last game claiming to be Saints Row was.

This game couldn't afford to have ANY negative reviews, especially not negative reviews from major review site. MS NEEDED this to be a bona fide hit.

GS isn't the only one that flopped it. IGN did too. Verdicts still out on Eurogamer. These are the 3 biggest review sites with the farthest reach. Two of them flopped the game.

Starfield was suppose to be the system seller. They are never going to catch up to Sony, the gap is too large at this point. But this game would've at least made them a contender and yet it failed. Xbox ain't no contender, it's just a pretender.

This was suppose to be the game to make the Xbox worth a damn. MS NEEDED this game to be its champion. And it failed... Just like all the others.

This isn't just another failure though, this is THE failure. Considering how important this game was for MS and how important it was for this game to be a absolute 10/10, this game could not afford to fail. MS gave it the time, money AND help (MS literally sent a team of programmers and engineers to help Bethesda), MS was banking it all on this game to turn things around for them. And it failed. This is easily the flop of the gen.

Xbox is officially done this gen. That's how big of a flop this is - XBOX IS DONE THIS GEN. There is NO reason to own one. 

 Bethesda games have always sucked. About damn time reviews stopped playing softball with this overrated developer.

Last 3 JRPGs I've played are Like A Dragon, P4G and Chained Echoes. All 3 are different from each other and each had something unique to them.
