Well, I finally got enough skill points to start investing in the main skill trees but I'm not sure which one will make the combat more interesting. Should I go with a Magic, Sword or Alchemy build?

Perhaps I was too quick to judge this game, it's starting to get better. The voice acting doesn't seem as monotone anymore and the world is starting to get interesting with all the dwarves, elves and weird looking creatures starting to pop up. The game is finally letting me off my leash so I can actually do some exploring and side quests now. Still don't care for the potion system and the combat is still a bore but I'll stick with it.

Ehh... this game sucks. The game feels loose, Gerald or whatever the hell his name is feels like he's sliding around. The game doesn't feel responsive. The inventory screen is a cluttered mess and the simple process of using a potion is needlessly complicated. First you got to Meditate, then you have to make sure you have the recipe, then you got to mix the ingredients to create the potion, then you got to set it to a slot before you can finally use it. It's stupid. The combat is boring so far and you can easily cheese your way through it by dodging around like a lunatic between yo

I have all the achievements for MGR so now I can finally get rid of it. Praise the Sun! For my next game, I have decided to check out The Witcher 2.

Well, just got 1st in all the VR Missions. I only have one achievement left to get and then I can finally rid myself of this game.

Just finished S ranking Revengeance mode. Now just got to do the VR Mission achievements and then I can get rid of this asshole game.

I know for a fact the Title Update brings with it a shit load of new bugs and glitches (at least on the 360 it did). My advice is to NOT download it.

It's a love/hate thing at this point. When it behaves then the game is fun but unfortunately that fun is short lived because it's almost guaranteed the game is plotting it's next dick head move right around the corner. The more I play this game the more it becomes apparent that the game is half baked. Kojima should've gave Platinum some more time because it definitely needed it.

I'm about halfway through R-04 on my S Rank Revengeance mode run and all the problems with the game are not even close to being hard to notice on this mode. That's just it, even I don't if I like it or not. I need to spend some more time with it, I get the feeling that I'm missing something. The kind of feeling that there's more to the gameplay than what I'm seeing.

Just finished MGR. Some quick thoughts, don't really have the time to go into detail ATM. -The game is really short, only 7 levels and the last couple levels are a lot shorter than the first couple. Level 5 is only like 10 minutes long (and that's taking your time to get through it), Level 6 is just a boss fight and Level 7 is a small section followed by the last boss. There is a lot of VR missions though so I suppose this is where the bulk of the play time is meant to be. - Combat never really changes. So I finally got around to checking out the Metal Gear Rising demo and after playing through it a couple times my thoughts are... Meh. First, some of my problems with the game. Parry window is way too lenient, the only skill involved is the small execution barrier the command input requires in order to trigger the parry. Calling this a parry is an over-exaggeration BTW. A parry is defending the exact moment before an attack hits you, it requires very specific timing. In this game you can throw out a parry as soon as you see an enemy attacking. And believe me, you WILL see them attack

that game didnt click with me for some reason, the shooting is nice, the world looks aight, its a quality game, but for some reason it never clicked with me It's boring. Nothing stands out. I got the game on my GameQ. Should I remove it? I wish I had. ;( I only played it a half hour so I don't know if it gets a lot better but that first half hour stinks. I just sealed it back up in its GF mailer. Well I was only going to check it out because I was curious to see how crazy the game could get with it's shenanigans. A dude attacking you with curse words is just silly so I wanted to see if there was any other crazy stuff like that.
