LOL FF XVI... The more I hear about that game, the less interest I have in it. How the hell is FFO: Stranger of Paradise, the SPIN OFF game, more of a Final Fantasy game than a fuckin' MAINLINE game? The series has completely lost its identity.

I've never played a Balder's Gate game but if I had a PC I'd be willing to give this one a try. Honestly sounds good and may have that transcendent quality. You know, the kind of game people will play even though they're not really fans of the genre.

Ehh... I'd say it's been a massive flop so far. Just a lot of PSVR shovelware level of crap. For the actual games: Anno Mutation had great art direction but the game itself sucked. Same deal with F.I.S.T. Lost Soul Aside, AI Limit, Boundary, Evotinction are basically vaporware. The Online focused games have gone pitch dark so wouldn't be surprised if they were shit canned. I imagine Sony sent a group of their own engineers to help with development like they normally do for 1st party games. This was a PS5 launch title afterall.

MJ looks like she's pushing 50 and Peter looks like he's still in high school so seeing them interacting with each other makes MJ looking like she robbing the crib. I never really understood the change to Peter. He looked fine before and I personally think the original looks better. Apparently they wanted him to look more like Yuri but they made Peter look too young. Throw a beard on him or something. I feel you and was honestly in the same situation until I started trying more indie games. You can find a lot of unique shit if you're willing to give stuff a chance. Its not always going to be executed well but if what you're after is a fresh experience or something different then you can find that in spades if you look around.

Speaking of Remnant 2, anyone try it? I played the first and thought it was alright but nothing special. It didn't really leave me with a feeling of wanting a sequel though. So the sequel would have to be improved in many ways for me to consider it.
