what would you say is the split between the horror and action parts so far? e.g. 50/50? 60/40?

played through all of darkness 2 today. easily the most entertaining FPS campaign i've played in a while. after finishing the co op ill probably go back and replay the game on new game+.

speaking of condemned.................where the fuck is the third one C2's ending was a huge cliff hanger.

finished a 2nd playthrough of deus ex hr on the hardest difficulty setting. this is probably in my top 5 games this gen. i rarely ever even replay RPGs, let alone on the hardest setting.

the grinding is what got me to quit. the game just tries to pad itself with as much filler as possible.

finally digging into Deus Ex HR. Trying to go the stealthy, non-lethal route. game is amazing.

i think i was the first person to post about that game here. I really want to play it but the only reason i haven't bought it yet is because its not on steam.

Sonic is a fast game to be honest. You can finish the originals on the genesis in an hour or so each. But yeah, it could have used some extra levels or some dlc besides the casino night pinball. i just remember colors being a lot longer. Modern Sonic levels are usually longer. I need to play Colours. it has a similar mix of 2D and 3D like generations. And some of the power ups were taken from it (the rocket and pink sticky ball).

generations was only 4 hours long glad i only paid $10 for it. that said i barely did any of the challenges, will definitely go back for those.

Yeah I don't see what's so amazing about it. its a solid game but thats it. i bet most people wouldn't even care for it if Greg K hadn't been involved in its development.

VII is easily the best PS1 FF. Its not debatable.

finished alice recently and i thought the same thing. the fuck is it with games nowadays having such crappy endings

its a solid game though i found the climax to be a bit disappointing. It lacks the twists and epicness of the last 2 laytons.

Alice is pretty damn fun. The PC version could be a bit better though, the physx features are impressive but they really kill the framerate.
