Which games? SD3, Romancing SaGa, FFIV   3rd one is my favorite I'm working my way to it. Just finished up FFL3 and starting on the first game on SNES. Don't ask me why but I'm also playing Mystic Quest. Yes it is fucking easy and a beginner's RPG but I like the simplicity and the soundtrack is cool. I think after these games I will be playing the translated DQ5 and DQ6. I don't know why sheep claim ownership of these types of games. I'm not playing Nintendo titles here. You mention that you're emulating something from that generation and the Nintendo fans think it has something to do with them.
