  1. Thanks man! Think this is the one: https://www.t-nation.com/training/the-most-intelligent-way-to-warm-up/ Looks solid! My warmups are usually just one set at 50% weight lmao, so this is definitely better. I need to look into getting a home setup I think. I try to get my workout in at lunch, only time when the gym isn't slammed, but i don't have as much time as id like some days.
  2. Alright, I think I'm done my cut. Back down to 185 from 205 in September. Feel a lot better. Took longer than I wanted, I was pretty good at sticking to my diet when home but had a couple trips + holiday season that would set me back a bit when they happened. Was keeping it at ~18-1900 calories for the most part which in retrospect I think might have been a bit too much of a deficit - probably could have gained a bit more strength along the way if I kept it a bit higher. I'm back at 21-2200 now and gonna work my way up to my maintenance which I think will be ~2,600. Once I'm there
  3. I remember when the original GS review dropped, 9.6. Sheep were eating that day. Then it got announced for PS2 and TSHBR. One thing that's still consistent is the lemmings lost regardless.
  4. Really? I thought it was pretty agreed that RE3 was rushed so they could get to RE4. Same reason they skipped CV...RE2 and RE4 were always where the big bucks were at, even if big fans of the series like 3/CV, they were never as popular with the mainstream. Anyway, glad to see it turned out great. I always go back and forth between this and 2 for best in the series, but they're both incredible games.
  5. who cares about the tv industry lmao. there's like 3 shows worth watching per year.
  6. Music yes. TV/Movies, I have a plex server, not paying for 8 services. I don't watch much TV outside of basketball though.
  7. Music is such a poor analogy. There's plenty other forms of monetization - shows, merch, youtube, etc. Spotify/Apple Music are both known to be terrible for artists not topping the charts. If it was the main form of making money the industry would be so much smaller. TV/Movies is a great analogy though, and look at what's happened there. Content is now spread across countless services - Netflix, HBO, Apple, Disney+, Hulu, Paramount, etc. etc. Look specifically at the established services and how they operate - Netflix and HBO specifically, they strive to release just enough conte
  8. Damn bro, you beat Dancer hella early! Good shit. Int/Dex is a solid build in DS3...might be the best Souls game to run that build.
  9. Doubt it. But I'm already posting this message from my PS5 Pro Pro
  10. I haven't reformated this one since I built it ~1.5 years ago. Part of me wants to cause I like a fresh start and it feels dirty not to, I feel like back in the day I would reformat every 6 months or so. At the same time, there doesn't really seem to be a need to do that these days, Windows is much more efficient at keeping things clean. It's also a pain in the ass because I do have quite a bit more stuff now than I would have back then. do you guys bother with doing it regularly?
  11. bang bang 6 years in and switch is still getting more AAA bangers than xbox lmao.
  12. I've seen 6 of them, but I'm not really a movie guy.
  13. Dread is fantastic. I think it lacks a little bit on atmosphere compared to something like Prime - the areas aren't quite as distinct and it also doesn't have as memorable music (which to me plays a huge part in Prime's overall atmosphere package). Gameplay wise it's nearly perfect. The exploration is also top tier - though it is a bit more linear on the surface, not nearly as much backtracking and such (though imo this is only something that you really notice if you start examining the world design). Hollow Knight is a bit better imo, but it's a long one -
  14. yeah dude that's cause re6 sucks lol. there's a lot more to a game than the shooting mechanics/movement.
  15. If the 3D aspect isn't important to you then there's plenty of options.... Hollow Knight or Metroid Dread would be where I'd start.
  16. Making me want to play DS3 again. Actually I gotta do a DS1 playthrough but I've been waiting for it to hit steam sale (I have Remastered for PS4). Undead Settlement is such a cool area, great intro to the game. The Keep, imo, is a bit of a lowpoint of the game, but it's still solid. What weapons you using?
  17. You basically have two options, imo: Metroid Prime 2: Echoes is the next best thing. Awesome game. Different, darker setting but it captures similar atmosphere to the first. Not quite as much of a masterpiece but still a very very good game. You can try MP3 as well but it's a step down imo and they made a lot of poor design choices as a result of them trying to implement wiimote controls. Returnal is the other one I'd recommend. Obviously it's a roguelite so it's structurally quite different. That said, I think it nails the atmosphere in a similar way to Metroid Prime a
  18. I've been playing it. It's solid, not sure I'll finish it but I've had fun so far. It definitely feels easier than Souls, more specifically Sekiro. But the combat is fun and the linear levels make it a good game to just kinda zone out to.
  19. imagine waiting this long for a shitty bug riddled bethesda game lmao.
  20. Yeah I hear you. There’s definitely still shortcuts but they’re far more contained to smaller sections. The world can feel a lot more linear sometimes as a result.
