Next gen ports are pretty much going to be impossible on Switch. Even if Nintendo release a Switch Pro, devs would still have to make it work on OG Switch.

The bigger Switch issue for me is that Cloud saving or even backing up or transferring of save files are still not standard for all games on Switch. Tried to move my animal crossing save file to my Switch Lite yesterday but found out the save file is locked to the system. You can't use cloud save or even transfer it to a SD card. There is no way to extract that save file It's been 3 years and Switch is almost as barebones as it is at launch. Still no way to message your friends or voicechat natively on the system. Nintendo is dropping the ball hard on this.

Another good week for epic store free games. Already got this from one of the PSN Plus free games though. Fuck, I accumulated so many good free games from epic store and PSN plus just sitting in my library cause I have no time to play them all.

It would still sell like shit in Japan. Japan has been Nintendo land for the last decade or so. Even PS is struggling to compete in Japan. Rebranding Xbox as a Sega console won’t do much when they have the same games as PlayStation. Unless Sega starts developing exclusive Japan centric titles for it, I can‘t see it making a difference.

GameXplain’s review just sealed the purchase for me. Seems like most of the gripes I have with the OG were addressed. Framerate is stable and the epilogue seems meaty.

Can’t wait. The sheer scale of the world is still impressive even today.

GT4 looks fucking good with just a resolution boost

I kinda feel the same when this became F2P with microtransactions. Definitely don't need another Dauntless. I'll give it a try to see how it goes.

The last few weeks have been amazing. GTA5, Civilization 6 and now this. Are they funding a new game from genDESIGN? It's shocking that Epic is more aggressive with Epic Store than Google is with Stadia.

Epic is killing it. I'm making an effort to purchase from Epic Store instead of Steam whenever possible. Epic deserves the support.

PSO2 exclusive to Xbox and MS Store. Yakuza 7 announced on XSX and not PS5. If anything, there's more of a chance they go with MS.
