“Halo is dead” isn’t really a fanboy statement anymore, little to no buzz around the show and Halo infinite probably ended up being the nail in the coffin for the games. Imagine if this show came out 15 years ago, at minimum it would achieve what currently Fallout or TLOU tv show achieved. Fallout is great btw, I can’t stop watching it and I never played one of the games for longer than about 5 hours.

I hustle a bit, wait things out for sales, snipe low prices on eBay…..in the physical market, prices vary, retailers put shit on sale at different times etc, prices fluctuate. With this in mind, a single online market is a fucking disaster.

This is what I don’t get with Gaypass, you have about 10 games here at a cost of a billion dollars. They make about 3 billion dollars per year through game pass revenue (not profit) but this has obviously had a huge negative impact on physical sales. You’d like to think gamepass would fund there on 1P development but with Sony spending $250 million per first party game that won’t go too far. In its current form they may be making some money on it, but there model, which I’m sure they have in mind, would be to have almost all third party releases on Xbox going through gamepass, but

Phil’s stupidity is hard to actually put into words after reading this. He wants Nintendo, the company who have literally just sold over 100 million consoles due to there hardware innovation (something I don’t think the Xbox has ever done) to see that there future is “away from hardware”. Conversely, when Nintendo’s hardware was bad, with the WiiU, barely anybody bought it for the software alone. And all this is ignoring the fact that no regulator is going to allow this especially after ABK. He’s just, unfathomably stupid.
