  1. Its some pretty great stuff, I wasnt a huge fan of STALKER but I'm digging this. It's way more linear thus far but linearity isn't necessarily a bad thing. My only complaint really is the gun sounds
  2. Yeah, I haven't came across any noticeable dips or nothing. Games running pretty smooth DX10 and High for me.
  3. Played Metro 2033 for the past hour and I'm diggin' it. The atmosphere is top notch the fantastic graphics don't hurt that, the guns are mediocre they sound at abysmal at best.
  4. How much more? I just Spoiler killed Hercules. Oh and Twinblade 1. Go to the user.cfg file located at X:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\4A Games\Metro 2033 2. Edit it with a text editor such as Notepad 3. Find the value called: sick_fov 45. 4. Change this value to sick_fov ##.(## being the desired number) (including the period at the end) 5. Save and close the file. Now start the game.
  5. Yeah, they're patching the FOV, I'm pretty sure you can do it yourself though.
  6. Has anyone actually played RS2? I don't have WM+ but I do have the ISO on my desktop
  7. Ah alright, I mean I knew RS2 used it so I thought they were pushing that shit.
  8. Nintendo needs to get out of the N64 expansion pack phase. M+ is becoming standard now isn't it?
  9. I hope "next gen" handhelds keep the software current ones are getting. It would be nice to have visually playable games on the go. A lot of DS games look like RUBBISH.
  10. I just don't like the idea of sacrificing camera control for motion, though a game like Heavy Rain might own with proper motion controls.
  11. Hate it. The idea of motion sensing is just not for me, if a controller option is always available I'll dig it. However, with some people taking that BUILD IT, PLAY IT concept that MediaMolecule tried to capitalize off of I think those games will benefit from MOVE.
  12. MindElitist bring his elitism into this thread. BTW GD, the GI review of 2033 seemed real positive. "Metro 2033’s greatest success is the consistency of its pacing. You’re constantly encountering new factions, discovering interesting new locations, or being tasked to do something you haven’t done before. With this stellar first effort, 4A Games has handily risen above its team’s past efforts in terms of approachability and fun, if not innovation. Metro 2033 is almost certainly destined to be a cult hit. If you enjoy single-player shooters, you owe it to yourself to get in on the (bel
  13. Haven't see the 360 version but the PC one looks real nice. Can't really comment on how it runs since I literally turned it on for 5 minutes. Was afraid of getting sucked in.
  14. Yeah. I'll never buy a game that I can play on my PC again.
  15. Have it sitting on my HDD installed, the first 5 or so minutes seemed pretty neat. I won't jump into it for at least another week though. Some pretty insane lighting going on.
  16. I don't like that the counter button is L1, wish it was customizable.
  17. I'm only playing on Normal because I have a ton of other games I want to get through.
  18. Nah, I just finished the Demo part. Helios? I believe.
