Healthcare isn't cheap anywhere in the world. However when you then add the need for profit on top of it, the price naturally gets higher. A lot of insurance tends to be regional as well, so the pool of people putting paying premiums has been a cement ceiling. 

 

If you really think making fun of fat women is going to reduce your Healthcare cost you're exactly as dumb as I thought you were.
