So on average the ps5 has a lower framerate and that's irrelevant.. And anyone that says they can see framerate inconsistencies above 100fps is either lying or has superhuman vision.

vaccinate the elderly, the immunocompromised and healthcare workers first. Healthy people should be at the back of the line. In fact most healthy people wont even need it, if they get COVID and beat it its the same as getting a vaccine, and if everyone that needs a vaccination has it then it wont kill anyone. If vaccine producing countries hoard vaccines and focus on vaccinating their entire populations first then it will take a very long time for the world to get back to normal.
