no probably not.. but thats really just left over fear. If they are medicated then the chances of contracting hiv from someone is 0.000039 or something very small. If they have AIDS then no definitely not.

The thing is it was a conservative government that took the initiative. The far left government of Vancouver continues to talk and talk and talk and never do anything but slap some bandaids on the situation. The Conservative government realized in the long run it costs a lot more to police the issue than to just take the hit and get them off the street.

The opioid epidemic is the result of the Chinese. I'm talking about who is actually coming up with solutions. It hasn't been left wing cities, the continue to progress down the toilet bowl.

Why bother? These cities are turning into far worse than Siberia. We've had consecutive leftwing municipal governments who keep claiming they will fix the homeless problem and it continues to get worse. These "programs" they come up with are doing FUCK all. Across the river in Surrey a right wing government actually did something about their problem, they built housing for them and dispersed them throughout the city instead of leaving them all centralized in one area to fester like an open wound.

The exact same thing is happening in Vancouver and you don't need to watch the news to see it. Come visit, I'll show you.
