  2. https://www.vg247.com/xbox-series-xs-still-lacks-even-one-killer-exclusive "After two years, I step back and look at the Xbox Series X and S, and realize… Does this thing really have any must-play exclusive games? Is there any one game you can point at to make you feel brilliant about your purchase? I’m not even strictly talking about true exclusives here. Cross-generation games are a reality and a necessity right now for numerous reasons – so I’m cool with the hot Xbox Series games also being on Xbox One. But even counting those, there’s just… not much to shout about. At le

  8. the updates are removing content now Halo Infinite bot bootcamp is gone, leaving players without a permanent PVE playlist "Halo Infinite's bot bootcamp mode is gone as of the newly-released winter update, leaving players without a permanent PVE playlist. The mode's removal was technically announced as part of a blog post(opens in new tab) last week laying out the playlists which would be available after the winter update. Bot bootcamp was not among them, but since 343 Industries did not directly address the mode's removal, players held out hope that it mig
  9. https://www.gamespot.com/articles/halo-infinite-launch-was-like-a-runner-tripping-and-falling-at-the-finish-line-xbox-boss-says/1100-6508915/ Microsoft Studios boss Matt Booty has discussed Halo Infinite's launch, saying the launch was akin to a runner coming across the finish line and then tripping and falling down. "The classic runner's mistake of tripping and stumbling as you come across the finish line. We've got to recover there. The burden is on us," he said. While Halo Infinite's multiplayer had a strong launch, interest and engagement quickly

It’s arrived and matched the astronomically high scores of God of War 2018, a 94 on Metacritic, rarified air in the video game space, where only a few series have ever reached. Microsoft’s Xbox, which excelling in the subscription value space with Xbox Game Pass, still has yet to not just match this, but really even start attempting to match this. They went an entire generation without many meaningfu

  12. these released over a 5 year span (rof and wks were 2010 iirc). in the first 2 years of this gen, there's elden ring, tales, star ocean, valkyrie, scarlet nexus, soul hackers 2. if you just want jrpgs without any demand that they be particularly great, theyre there. when stuff like ff16, ff7 rebirth, yakuza 8, dragon's dogma 2, wo long, rise of the ronin, and whatever else square/atlus/namco/sega release over the first 5 years of this gen, i would be shocked if it isn't drastically better than the crappy ass ps3/360 jrpg era.
