Up to ep5 of Giri/Haji now. Ep3 and esp 4 were defs better than the first two. It seems to be a lot closer to the end than the halfway point (8 ep season). Interested to see where it goes from here.

The amount of media that's accessible right now is simply astounding. I remember having to wait 15 minutes to download a song from Limewire in 2000. Now, I can stream a 4K show in no time at all.

Wow. Late to the party but Uncut Gems. Phew. What a soundtrack too. Had me in a trance the whole time.

The amount of competing sounds in the movie really added to the tension.

HBO’s High Maintenance continues to be one of my favorite shows that no one watches but why I will gladly pay my $15 a month for the subscription. The network consistently puts out nothing but quality programming.

I dunno, something about that guy with the weird hair and wearing super creepy clothing, its not something that clicks with me when I'm in the middle of channel-surfing.

Sometimes those shows with subversive comedy, if I don't find the proper wavelength that the show is running on, I am immediately repulsed by it.

I watched Narcos Mexico S2. Its very slow, and feels like they tried to stretch a thin storyline across way too many episodes. Theres still a fair amount of stuff that happens but most of it is on a small scale, and little progress is made in the actual overarching story.

Midsommar is now on Amazon Prime. I really enjoyed it. The direction was fantastic as was the camera work. I thought it was better than Hereditary.
