Digital Foundry - Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice PS4 PRO first look analysis

Recommended Posts

-1080p resolution

-unlocked framerate (30's up to 60, with around 45fps average)

-unsure about any resolution or "4K" mode on consoles

-X may push the fps to 60

-would like the ability to lock to 30.. but that could introduce frame pacing issues

I told you they would be targeting 60 FPS

:reg:

Looking up at the sky... 45-60fps

Anything else... 30-45

I'm fine with being wrong about what they're targeting. :kaz:

Well technically he's kind of correct, I mean it was Xbox settings and the Ray Tracing for lighting sources only plays a part outdoors so any interior lighting is the same as Xbox...

So indoors you're getting absolutely no benefit and RTX is still fucking you :tom:

There's a benefit... and it's still 1.5x faster than X1X :hest:

But then.... that's NOT Xbox One X settings.... and not the point.  At X1X settings, I get 3x the fps shitbox does :cruise:
