Well yeah... Dynamite is posting the sequential read speeds of those drives.. but everyone knows that that is almost meaningless.  The random reads are what's important.. and they don't come close to that sustained.  You also have to think about the CPU in the consoles which is limited in the current gen.  They're only so fast at decompression.
