That is a feature that you simply can't scale down. Still don't even know how they did it now but it's something that definitely used up every last percentage of capability of the PS4 to pull off. If they had to accomodate lower specs also it simply wouldn't be possible even with downscaling the game graphically. Can't say what for next gen exclusive games because it's hard to describe features before they are actually made. That GoW one for eg is one i simply didn't think was possible atm. You guys need to think broader. This changes literally nothing, they're already targeting PC up and down the spectrum and they can tune the game for different results accordingly. I don't know how many times it needs to be said, developers tear down, they don't build up.
