They're using an app by an unknown developer vetted by former Hillary staffers :npc:

That was such a dumbass move. There should always be a written record.

It’s not about personality. McCain didn’t have a personality I clicked with. But I was ok with him. While I’m Democrat, I could easily see myself picking a republican, who I share similar views with. I think Bernie sucks and I hate socialism. Warren can suck a dick too.

If you hate Socialism, then you hate the Military and the national highway system.

The thing is: you don't really know what socialism is

They do have a written record.

That's the thing, they're going to have to deliver that information manually to the state so that they can tabulate it properly.

Basically what happened is that this was a whole fucking mess.

And I wouldn't be surprised if the DNC likes that the results got muddied up tonight, so that people don't notice that Joe Biden came in fourth place, and possibly fifth place.

Bernie Sander's campaign has said that they had their people observe 40% of the precincts, and they tabulated this chart:

So instead of headlines tonight saying that Bernie won, and Biden in fourth place, news outlets can sweep that under the rug.

Tomorrow is the State of the Union. So they still won't talk about the Iowa results.

And Wednesday is the Senate Trial wrapping up, so they still won't talk about the Iowa results.

And the DNC will hope that you forget about Iowa by Thursday.

Those are necessary. I’m not going to help pay some dipshit’s tuition or “Medicare for all” nonsense. Not my problem. I’m already in a high enough tax bracket.

Lol, you're already paying for other people's kids to go to school and for fire departments and police departments. It's really not so different with medical care.

Yeah your taxes will go up but then youre not paying for insurance where the ultimate goal is to make profits off you over saving lives.

Useless. Buttplug's internal polling says he won. I'll wait for actual results.

I mean I don’t believe in free college education. I also don’t think tuition debt should be erased either. It’s not my problem. I’m against anything that will raise my taxes, in general.

as for insurance, my work pays for the bulk of it. So, I don’t care if others are paying through the roof. Not my problem.

That’s my slogan - “not my problem“ GD 2028 :smoke:

My problems with Berrnie only begin with M4A, but addressing that specific question:

Hybrid systems like Germany's and Belgium's that allow for private insurance are much better than Canada's system in terms of outcomes, and I'd strongly argue they're much fairer.

1. Why should we have to pay for Jerry's health insurance when he's able-bodied?

2. And even if we tolerate him as a free-rider, why should people who work and act responsibly be stuck with the same level of healthcare the we're providing Jerry for free? How is that remotely fair to them?

Pretty sure healthcare is necessary to any first-world nation.

Pretty sure education is necessary for any first-world nation to remain a first-world nation.

Take a good look at where you're electronics are being made, and its in countries in which they're trying to churn out as many engineering degrees for their people. That's subsidized.  That's where they have modern manufacturing.

You want more Americans to be in position to earn more money because it:

A.) Helps increase your pay scale, and

B.) If they make more money.........they PAY MORE in taxes.

If they pay more into taxes, then

C.) Your tax burden is lessened, along with everybody elses, across the board. (This would even help very rich people)

Having a healthy, productive and skillful workforce achieves these things.

How are they better?

What's your evidence that they are better?

And, as I already pointed out to you before.........the vast majority of Germans over 70%, have chosen the government's single-payer system. What evidence to do you have that those that chose to go with private payer are receiving better care than the other 70%?

I brought that up last time, and you ran away from your own argument. Let's see if you go 2-for-2 in that department.
