New security footage shows Ahmaud Arbery breaking the law before being pursued and shot

Recommended Posts

So much for no reports in the weeks prior. 12 days prior to the shooting there was a 911 call and footage of Arbery (or someone who looks similar) in the house and McMichaels called 911.

Still not a felony, but leaves a trail. Def won’t get murder, and I’m willing to bet on that.

The former police detective whose actions in the fatal shooting of Ahmaud Arbery in Georgia were defended as a citizen's arrest was stripped of his law enforcement certification and power to arrest a year before the deadly encounter, according to personnel records acquired by The Washington Post.

Gregory McMichael's certification was suspended in February 2019 after repeated failures to complete required training, according to documents from the Brunswick Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office, including a warning in 2014 that McMichael had neglected to finish mandatory firearms and use-of-force courses.

Shitbag couldn't even arrest people when he was cop because he ignored doing his training for 6 years and him and his dumbass son thought they could do it as normal citizens. Fuck them, I hope that old guy gets to spend the rest of his days in a cell.

So a similar action happened in PA, where there is no citizens arrest. The only difference is the guy didn’t shoot the “burglar” because the guy cooperated. No charges were against the guy who used his gun to detain

Should be interesting to see the McMichaels defense

Still doesn't change anything about the actual incident.

You can't even confirm it was him, and there is no crime because there is no police report filed.

Its almost like as if you think this trial is going to have mini-trials within it to find out if Ahmaud committed these small crimes.

Its not.

This trial is specifically about what happened in the shooting incident nothing more.

And they did not WITNESS a felony with their own two eyes.............because that's the ONLY WAY you are allowed to perform a citizens arrest.

And guess what, we have new news. The ex-policeman had skipped his training, and had therefore LOST HIS RIGHT to perform arrests as a cirivilian.

The entire incident was illegal. They had no right to even attempt to apprehend Ahmaud.

Their entire defense is going to fall apart...............and NO AMOUNT OF SMALL MISDEMEANOR CRIMES from Ahmaud is going to help, sweetie.

It was murder.

I know you are trying to help them find excuses for saying that killing black men is acceptable to you. But 9-1-1 calls and guys who MAY LOOK LIKE HIM isn't going to cut it.

Oh my god, did you just say "it was Ahmaud or somebody who looks like him". Did you just honestly say that all black man look alike?

Story gets better.

1)  The killers not the homeowners

2) There was no string of robberies in that area as they claimed.

3) The actual homeowners say he didn't steal anything.

4) The homeowners released footage showing multiple people have trespassed on their unfinished property.......yet somehow only this guy was targeted and killed.

Where is @DynamiteCop  and @SheepKilla now?

Bbbbbut he must have been a criminal, they had a right to kill an unarmed man because they were scared of him :awww:
