If there's other information on the launch, or the games, I'd preorder it at Amazon because they don't charge your card until the order ships.

 

And I'd just hold onto the preorder until I find out more about what games would be available during the immediate launch period.

 

If its nothing too crucial, and if my PC parts costing me more than what I was expecting (I'll probably be buying a Ryzen 3 CPU right around that time), then maybe I might hold off until Spring 2021.
