So far this generation has been an unmitigated disaster. Cool games no doubt but so far we've known the possibility of absolutely everything coming and not even for a short period of time, for like 6 months to a year.

I started noticing that mid way through the PS3/360 gen. SW used to be a lot more fun when bombs were dropping monthly during PS2/GC/Xbox days but nowadays by the time games are revealed it feels like old news.

 

It’s why E3 and trade shows have been slowly dying year after year.

For this generation in specific it's even worse, I can't think of a single thing that wasn't sniffed out ages ago.

silent hill has sucked for years after being developed by american studios, I doubt the franchise will ever recover from it.
