says who?  Given that success of MH on PS4/PC.. alot of people believed that MH would skip Switch.... despite Capcom saying 3 yrs ago that they started developing one for it.

It could be something similar to MH Stories etc. More child friendly. 

 

MHW runs like shit on Pro and X anyways. Switch needs a seperate version.

Who said anything about MHW?

 

Switch will get either a numbered MH aka MH5 or a MHP 4 (whatever number they're up to) built from the ground up.

Which was just the stupidest thing ever lmao.  You don't have a massively popular franchise like Monster Hunter, with multiple iterations on Nintendo devices, then expand and build up the series to be even more popular, and then throw away an entire segment of your fanbase... lol

 

There was ZERO chance that Capcom would not make a Monster Hunter for the Switch.  It could be something completely new or another more traditional entry in the series.. but it was always going to happen.  Nintendo is killing it right now with the Switch... and you have the "portable factor" as well...  A Monster Hunter game on Switch would sell millions easily, no matter what kind it is.  The success of MHW has created new fans who are eager to try anything Monster Hunter.. the series prints money.. and kinda always has.

Given its Japanese roots and the runaway success of Switch, I’d even wager it’s a main series numbered title for Switch.

In other news, RE8 will most likely be great, RE4 is in a bit of a worrying position right now, Silent Hill is still in dev, something Shenmue related will be revealed in 1-2 weeks, a PS5 event first half of September, Monster Hunter Switch is being revealed soon, have a good day
