Storage drives never have the actual advertised spec as "usable".. there's overheads and of course the operating system as well as other reserved space for updates and such. That's pretty low in all honesty. But it does point to them reserving some space for something such as a quick resume feature. So I think chances are likely that they actually have similar functionality in that respect. I'm sure fans at this point would appreciate knowing more about the expandable storage options and which drives or upcoming drives will work with PS5.
