I will say that CDPR messed up on simpler things. Like sidewalks and areas where people walk. I am real stickler for video games in which they do not scale things realistically for the size of human beings.

 

The real reason why they do that is so that they can spread out 10 NPCs over more space to give you the impression that there is a bigger crowd.  Oversized walking areas kinda break the immersion for me, sometimes. Also, its the future, and its a "megacity", therefore poor people living in the city should not really have access to wide open spaces where they live. They should be in cramped space. I know it presents some issues with video game design, but that's what I hope to see.

There should have been a building directory that tells you where you are currently standing and where each place is at.  Similar to what Mass Effect had on the Citidel or what you commonly see inside shopping malls. 

 

Having to resort to the Internet for location help is nuts.
