25 percent of PS5 owners didn't own a PS4

huge portion will be disgraced Xbone owners who were offput by MS lack of support and exclusives last gen.

 

out of the 40 million Xbox one Boner-Owners, Sony will probably pick off 25% of them this gen. You'd literally have to be retarded to back MS this gen after how the xbox one went out.

 

another big portion will be PC gamers who  give up upgrading their knickknack parts in their pc and just want real games day 1, with the better visuals on PS5. A lot of PC gamers are giving up on PC and going Playstation.

Pretty massive number given that early adopters are usually always the hardcore. Especially with this gen given how hard they are to get.

Honestly people didn't expect to be such shortage, and scalpers really killed its availability.

I remember back when PS4 released, you could still get it in the store.

Same thing with PS3. I remember people here making fun of available PS3s and X360s, although the 360s had a higher demand.

Yeah that's why the numbers are impressive, it's expected to be people that just buy all consoles, or the playstation diehard.

 

PS4 and PS5 shipped similiar numbers but PS4 was never THIS sold out. Maybe it's the Demon Souls effect at work tons of PC/XBox gamers are fans of the series.
