If you weren't in a free country you would be arrested, jailed for not wearing a mask.  We're in a global pandemic, the adults are now handling the show and treating this thing with the seriousness it deserves.

Im not in either group. But why is it that the 'my body my choice' mantra is only applicable when its for leftist causes?

 

Why is it that theres an agenda around getting everyone vaccinated, including children who are essentially already immune to the virus. Are you really ok with kids as young as 2 years old being forced to take non-FDA approved vaccines?

 

And if herd immunity kicks in at around 70% of the population vaccinated why are the experts trying so hard to get everyone vaccinated? Hell, the number of cases of people being re-infected after already having COVID are so low, that i'd argue those people don't need to be vaccinated anytime soon considering how long they have the antibodies for.  But again, this is just another simple question that your overlords Fauci and Biden aren't bothering to answer. Hell, Biden doesn't even follow his own CDC's advice, wearing a mask 24/7 even though the rules have been relaxed. Texas just had 0 COVID deaths today even though just a short while ago Biden called the governor's opening of the state 'Neanderthal thinking'

 

Then if you look at more statistics you'll notice that many of the states with the most strict lockdown rules barely did any better than the more open states (like Florida) when it came to Covid cases and deaths.

 

So who was right and who was wrong? For a party so based around following the science, its surprising how you're more interested in instead letting the government, biased media, and constantly incorrect 'experts' decide how you live your life instead of looking at the data.

Did you forget last year those states that reopened early had a second wave which was higher than the first?   While those states that didn't reopen early avoided a second wave.... did you forget that?

 

The Covid19 death rate and infection rate has dropped across the country because Biden doubled his original goal of 100 million vaccines in a 100 days (Which by the way the entire right wing said would not be impossible to do logistically) up to 200 million in 100 days.... and he met and exceed that goal.   Running an effective federal government can lead to great results. 

 

Operation warp speed did not develop any covid vaccines.   Operation warp speed was basically a pre-order to the companies to purchase the vaccines when they were developed.  Trump pre-ordered 100 million doses. 

 

eg. Pfizer self-funded...

Operation warp speed had zero provisions for federally controlled and coordinated rollout.  That was being left up to states with ZERO federal assistance... that's why the vaccination rollout rate was so low under Trump.... and had he won re-election a ton of those doses would have expired because his administration didn't put a framework in place for the nationwide rollout. 

 

"By its own metric, Operation Warp Speed won't have succeeded in meeting its goal of delivering 300 million doses of the vaccine by the beginning of the new year. At most, it would be able to deliver 20 million doses."
