Transwomen using the women's spa rooms

Do you think this should be allowed? I know the bathroom debate has been going on forever, but I didn't think about that type of issue for places like spa changing rooms. Apparently this lady was there with her young daughter and a naked man (with a beard and everything) just showed up and was allowed entry because he identified as a woman. I can totally see why the women would be feel completely uncomfortable with that, especially if there are kids there and they're suddenly being flashed by this guy who pontentially could have been a predator/pedophile. I realize this is a complex issue but I don't think its right to make women and girls feel uncomfortable and unsafe just to be inclusive towards a single person.
