Remember Filthy Frank, the guy behind pink guy.

Now he is a singer and his single "Run" is fucking amazing.

I just started watching him this year and then I saw pink guy and was like "oohhhh that's where it came from".

Why does it seem that not a single person on Earth knows what simplistic means or how it applies to anything. It doesn't mean something or someone is simple.

Simple as in basic chord progression, lack of any sort of timbre, overly produced and quantized. That's most music these days. There's no texture, no soul, no originality. We live in the tiktok age of music. Instant gratification with very little legacy.

I get that, but people use that word wrong so much so that it's bothersome. It doesn't mean simple, it's treating something as simple which isn't.
