Electronic Hub noted that the majority of complaints about the Series X came from players unable to get their hands on one. Others criticized the design of the console, comparing the Series X to a mini fridge, while others expressed frustration over the difficulty in obtaining the spin-off Series X Fridge Microsoft produced as a result of the criticism. However, Electronic Hub theorizes that much of the ire directed at the Series X derives from issues with bugs disrupting the use of wireless controllers and headphones with the system.

of course MS is going to be higher complaints on twitter. think of the demographic who uses twitter...it's all those inclusive types who MS has been desperately trying to recruit over the last few years.

Oh you’re right about MS going after those Twitter types. I just find it ironic that MS has such a huge Twitter presence with Phil and his disciples constantly preaching the value of GamePass and Xbox being the best and yet it’s the place that gives the most complaints about Xbox.

Not surprising at all, Microsoft products anf software have been horrific ever since Windows 8/Windows phones, carrying on into Windows 10, Xbox one and Xbox series Flop.
