I’d argue they pull all their numbers straight from their ass when it comes to estimating Xbox worldwide sales since MS doesn’t give out any numbers at all. They also always have to correct their numbers anytime Sony posts sales because they always underestimate Sony’s numbers with their shitty guesstimates. Inb4 lemshits damage controlling! In the past they’ve been off by millions while guessing. There’s no way to verify their sources for Xbox sales numbers when it comes to regions outside the NA and UK. They keep pulling numbers from their asses and “self-correcting” because they know there’s no way for anyone to verify if they are full of shit. We know they are guessing... Being within 500K units is impressive to me, plus or minus. That's actually more accurate than I would have expected. They're not posted as on the dot figures... they're just meant for dumb System wars bait.. and nobody is going to act like 500K one way or the other is some massive shift when we're talking about 15 and 20M units.
