Thinking of getting the Street Fighter 2 Cab for my basement.

I just spoke to my friend who has a bunch of these. He said it’s great, but buy a riser for it, since it’s only 3 to 4 feet tall.

While 3rd strike is the more technically sound game. Street Fighter II is more timeless.

I find it pretty hard to get back to SFII other than for nostalgia feelings.

 

No dash, automatic throws with heavy attack instead of real throws with lp+lk, no ex moves.   I mean those are not just for SF games, they are pretty universal and default in any fighting game. 

 

And the chip damage is ridiculous. Or the long drawn out fireball exchange game. Or the retarded stun damage. Brah. 

 

Shit you know what? Fuck SFII. lol, at this point I think I'd rather play the more modern offerings in the genre.
