Unfortunately for you, the Biden Administration were not in government in 2020.  They were private citizens who requested personal information be removed.

But back to the Biden campaign who again were private citizens at the time, the posts they asked to remove were nude pictures of hunter Biden who is a private citizen that had his nudes posted without permission.. Which is a violation of Twitter's TOS.

The "scandal" that @Cooke posted another youtube video about (because he can never find a real credible news source) was that Elon Musk revealed that the Biden campaign made requests to take information down on twitter.

 

Which is NOT a first amendment violation..............because............notice...........I...............used............the..............phrase............."Biden campaign"..............which means they were not a government entity during the 2020 election season, they were a private entity.

 

A first amendment violation can only come from a government entity or organization.

 

And secondly, the things they were demanding that twitter remove were Hunter Biden's dick picks.

Who didn't give consent.

 

Which means that they are 100% legally obligated to remove those nude photos and the Biden campaign is 100% legally correct to demand their removal.
