Kevin McCarthy fails to secure enough votes to become the House Speaker.........twice. It is the first time since 1923 that a House speaker wasn't selected on the first ballot.

Whenever we see Republicans try to govern..............its always something HISTORICALLY incompetent.

 

Its not just incompetent anymore. It has to break some sort of historical record for incompetency.
