FIREPOWER 710
Quote The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has restricted Microsoft and Activision Blizzard from "acquiring an interest" in each other. It published an interim order stating they would need "prior written consent" from the UK regulator before making acquisitions between the companies. The order applies to the businesses as well as their subsidiaries. It comes two weeks after the regulator blocked Microsoft's $68.7bn (£54.8bn) deal to buy Activision Blizzard. UK giving another middle finger to Microshit! As if the deal wasn't already dead enough!

jehurey 3,230
LOL, so in other words, if Microsoft and Activision tried to sell off portions of the company in pieces, the CMA just blocked them from doing so. lemmings keep on losing, Its only appropriate, Microsoft attempting to be clever is about as successful as seeing lemmings on this forum attempting to be clever. It never works.
