Blood on the Sands on 360 is worth quite a lot. But then again anything decent with a popular license will gain value over time.

 

The Def Jam fighting games are also worth quite a bit. And Wu-Tang on PS1.

Whatever happened to Cliffy B? The dude made Unreal, Unreal Tournament, and Gears of War so its not like he is some hack. I know Lawbreakers bombed hard but that sounded like too many people in suits got involved with that game's development. Guess he just got tired of dealing with publishers and retired again.

i think i've beaten gears 1 like five times.  i remember being in awe of the combat and that one level with the rain. i miss ultra tight, linear campaigns.
