Even dumber when one of the ways you used this was Twinblade not finishing Rebirth after literally playing the entire game, and actually playing the final boss fight also but just not beating it. Like really dumb. I literally experienced next to nothing extra than Twinblade in Rebirth and absolutely nothing that he couldn't see on Youtube. 'Game is amazing but has a really annoying final boss one hit kill mechanic' is a completely valid view. Again, I have finished it and imo I have no more valid a view point than Twinblade who practically saw everything I did. Let alone think he can't even say that he thinks it's a great game. I quickly knocked out scorpion lord tonight, since I was craving a boss fight lol. That was a fun fight too. I think ditching the notion of “not playing other games until I’m done” put me off a bit, since I have like 2 and 1/2 chapters left with wukong, and I wanted to play astro badly. Then was easy I accidentally triggered it early I thought I was fucked, but that pillar/cloud combo wrecked him and his shitty hit box (which is why I switched to pillar). Such a drab chapter tho Yeah, I like 5’s vibe. It’s just a bit jarring, in terms of difficulty, after the excellent 4 and its fun bosses. I have noticed some shit hit boxes. That’s why I switch my stances. Pillar is aces with most tall enemies. Thrust is excellent for “standoff” type fights. I used that to beat yellow loong. Link to post Share on other sites

More of a boss rush game, no where near as difficult and no losing 'souls' when you die. Much more relaxing game which has it's positives and negatives. No boss has given me any real satisfaction in beating them like a Souls game does and I have beat many of them on the first attempt. But I am loving the boss design and just how many of them there are. Also enjoying the more limitations of this game such as more linear RPG progression and armor/weapon crafting instead of just a multitude of weapons and styles. 1 Link to post Share on other sites

This one of those games where some will find it easy, and others will find it harder than the souls titles.
