This is Square Enix blowing smoke up your skirt as usual. They said the same thing and in the end skipped the FF16 version for Xbox and went straight to PC. The IGN article also cuts out the part of the interview where they say bringing games to Xbox is hard because of the extremely small Japanese fanbase on Xbox
