Some of mine: -Bosses that heal -Bosses that have multiple phases but the next phase starts when the whole health bar is depleted -Co-op centric games that have long Solo player only intros (making every first sesh with friends just everyone playing alone) -Degrading weapons / inventory weight caps in games that are not Survival games 1 Link to post Share on other sites

I got so annoyed with the NPCs blurting out the solutions, right at the start of the puzzles. long and/or hard walkbacks to difficult bosses. Elden Ring fixed this issue with save points just before each battle. Ubisoft-style maps, full of points of reference. Also filler fetch quests. 3 Link to post Share on other sites
