Pros: The new city is nice and big and the there's plenty of content. If purple is your favourite colour you'll never want to leave. Cons: Boring story and characters, uninteresting new map and exploration, and the same old mediocre combat. No new weapons or enemies of note. Distressing amount of bugs. Very expensive. This shit can't even top Morrowind, a 2003 open world RPG. Say whatever you want but they used to be good at the open world part at the very least.
