    Really enjoying Pikmin 3 right now.  This is my first time plaything a game in this franchise.  Pretty good so far.

     

    Also just bought Wonderful 101 and will probably play a bit of it tonight.  Everything I have read about W101 on neogaf has been pretty stellar and I loved the demo.  Looking forward to playing this after it downloads.

     

    When I get done with those two titles will pick up GTA5 for my XFLOP360.

    does it bother anyone else that girls can find dick and relationships at any turn they want?

    So I decided to stop getting bigger and cut down like 20lbs because i was putting on too much fat. I wanted to looked semi-ripped for ibiza. Bitches love abs.

    Good pic.  Ibiza should be a blast. I was in Barcelona last year and had a ball.  I almost went to Ibiza then.  Hope you have a great time.

     

    As for body fat & muscle mass, I try to keep my body fat as low as possible while lifting enough weight to do 3 to 6 reps generally.  I try to eat around 2500 calories a day.  I do a good amount of running.  Just do what works for you though.

     

    btw does it REALLY matter if I can't eat asap?  I just got back and can't really get no where for 1.5 hours. at work. 

    what am I losing on right now? is my body eating up my protein already?   :dreamy:

    but its still bad IMO

     

    i've had quite a difference when i started eating good after a workout...its pretty much essential to me now.

     

    1.5 hours is not a crime though, just grab a chocolate milk if you can. but its advisable to eat in the next 30mins to 60mins after a workout MAX

    its not eating up protein its just that your muscles are really sensitive to growth right now and the elevated insulin in your body would make the protein you consume go there faster and better :)

     

     

    I just try to get a good protein shake after a workout.  I am thinking eating a full meal would slow down the protein intake from the shake?

    I actually love red wine, a liter goes down easy and makes you feel great.

    I've been laying low on the D.C/Bar scene lately since it's been sucking up all the money I'm supposed to be (trying) to save for my summer trip to my country haha. I'll have plenty of opportunities to spend my money there as always

    What bars do you go to in DC? I live in DC myself.

    this is a terrible thread. As if we needed a microcosm of an already small community, this thread displays how the fanboy mentality we've grown to have on consoles and companies, has now been imposed on fellow members; where no matter what picture they share or what they say, it will be bashed or overpraised by the fanboy groupies for the sole reason that it comes from that person alone.

    Seeing the verbal banter against malakius and the literal dick sucking aimed at GD, it's no different than stepping in a cow thread about the PS3 versus the wii, the only thing that keeps the congruence separate is we don't have a rating system on sw members appearance here to consider them flops or not. (but the sad truth is we did before- I remember there was a thread about a website where people can rate others' looks, and members here for a while actually took it seriously and had great pride in being rated higher than someone else, as if being a sex object to anonymous internet users was something to boast about.)

    Out of that list, a number of people have actually never posted a picture of themselves in this thread, so you must wonder what the hell are they even doing in it? Goddess angel, Ron Swanson, REDE, 2012...

    never mind that the rule instated before was you couldn't comment on a person's appearance less you post your mugshot first, but the mods here are absolutely terrible, in fact one of the people who never posted a picture here yet constantly comments is a mod themselves (or, I'm sorry, a "manager")

    Everyone is aware of this, yet people allow it and call this thread "entertaining" for the reason i've said before- it's the sw mentality but instead of consoles, it's on fellow members physical appearance. I regretfully contributed to this mess, even if it was in satire, posting pictures knowing of the argument that would happen after it. But the satire lost all its meaning, it was trashy, minstrel show entertainment. It has as much substance as a reality tv show like the Kardashians. Again, terrible terrible thread, sw would be less of a degenerate place without a photo album.
