yea, I thought the stuff in the shop was expensive because I spent most of my money buying intel for dossiers so I never really got the chance to buy any weapons or armor. The only expensive things I bought were a shotgun and stealth armor.

When you have the choice to download either the PDA files or Contact Parker: if you download the PDA files and you spared Omen Deng, you get a message from him telling you that they found footage of Scarlett with a sniper rifle. If you contact Parker, you can tell him that you saved Madison or Marburg killed her (Madison is Parker's daughter). If you do that, Parker confronts Marburg and tries to kill him but he is unsuccessful and dies. Then you face Marburg as the boss instead of Parker. There are lots of different little possibilities like this in the final mission. And with C&C like this, that is where the game overcomes the technical flaws.

its pretty mindblowing how open ended this game is now i just want hermits to release a patch that lets you skip over all the boss battles, ill happily replay the game if that happens

There are no scenes, it looks like they couldn't do mocap for sex scenes

It seemed strange, it almost looked liked the sex scenes were cut out. And I did save Madison because I figured that it was more important to save a character I know rather than some random number of people. I also tried the other option (replaying the part) because I thought that Marburg might be bluffing (if you hack one of the computers, he gives orders not to kill her) but it turned out that he isn't bluffing, he shoots her in front of you. Asshole

you know what part almost made me give up on this game

the bryko boss fight. that motherfucker pissed me off ( @ him recovering all of his armor by sniffing coke).

p.s. chain shot is the most op skill ever

lmao, you thought that too? I thought he was the hardest fight in the game, mofo pissed me off. The soundtrack made it better though

roff, i was able to beat Westridge at the end by using Shadow Operative and simply sneaking behind him (without alerting anyone). It was a flawless fight from me

p.s. Scarlet is a bitch, I didn't see that twist coming

i actually got lucky with bryko because i ran into a bug where he just froze and didn't try to attack me. Gave me the opportunity to run up to him and feed him some delicious phosphorus shells

I rescued Mina, I didn't find Scarlet (where she is locked in the room). After I defeated Westridge, I confronted Leland. I spared Leland at first but that bitch Scarlet shot me in the arm. Then Mina sneaked up on her and sniped Scarlet on my order. Then I executed Leland :reggie:

The ending was me and Mina on the yacht talking to each other.

Finished Alpha Protocol. The game owns, fuck the haters. Yes, it has glaring issues (tech mainly) but at the end, it's a great experience and for me that was enough to overlook its issues. If they do make a sequel and manage to fix most of these issues, we would have an amazing game.

RDR starts off so slow, im 3-4 hours in and it hasn't picked up yet.

Max Payne was straight up action, it was action setpiece after another. The only thing that changed up the pace were the dream sequences.

Playing GTA San Andreas on the XBox was the best imo. Custom soundtracks whenever you entered your car.

Until I get my clothes back, I'm not playing Awakening Wish I pirated it.

Is it worth it? I have it installed but haven't played it yet.

I think the story gets a lot more interesting and the C&C is possibly better than the C&C in the original game. But it's fairly short (15 hours or so) and the party members are meh.

Currently playing NBA2k10 (new patch finally), FM2010 and Bad Company 2 (obliged because I just bought it) Some of the maps in BC2 look great btw, it's a shame it's not optimized that well for PC. But I finally played a good match yesterday. Well my stats (K/DR) were shit but I was playing in a good squad who were doing everything together. We led the team to victory on like 3 different maps

Damn, I just saw this thread, I actually went through 20 pages of it before being convinced that it was real. It's a shame, Kpie was a good poster and one of the few guys from SW that I used to game with. One of the few guys on SW who actually used to play BF2 with me. Very sad to hear that it was a car accident too.

It was always awesome to play BF2 with Kpie because he was one of the few players who actually did teamwork. He usually played as medic and he always tried to revive us while other medics would have just ignored the calls. He was a great team player in BF2 :(

Yeah, I know I played with Diplo before and Pat. I haven't gone by Soldado in years, I made a new account because of all the blatant racism. I'd get kicked from squads, called a ****, wetback, etc. and even banned from servers. Was effin ridiculous.

We should have a SW BF2 match again ;(
