I noticed stuttering during the first part where the train comes in and they hop off. 2 or 3 stutters but then smooth.

The gpu and cpu aren't being stressed. 

It feels like something that could be optimized or patched, I don't think it's that system requirements are so high.

FF7 doesn't have Denuvo. 

From the little bit I played, I'm just glad I waited for this version instead of playing it on PS4
