I'm about the same height at you are and I weigh 156. lol you fatty. lol, a couple of years back i was 185... however, to my credit, i was bulking up (in the dirtiest way possible) and i could bench 225 x 4 and deadlift almost 400, so i was pretty strong...but goddamn, i wasn't like, "fit," but definitely on the..bulkier side. i don't wanna go back to that
