Cheap USB thumbdrives are many times faster than HDDs these days. The NVMe drive is.. 2086x faster in Random 4K Q32T16 200x faster in Random 4K Q1T1 ..than the 7200rpm HDD.. lmao and that's just Gen 3. Gen 4 will be even more so.
