I'm sure there must be a book on it and how to analyze responses but I can guarantee you that the people asking me those questions have not read that book. Am I really going to have to face the "Tell me the most difficult situation you've been in at work?"? or a variation of that question 20 damn times because you just became a fucking hiring manager in the last day so you googled interview questions.
