Just got my new phone but Sprint wouldn't let me activating it via esim.

I have to get a new physical sim card and the old one is not compatible with my new Pixel 5. 

This is bs.

eSim is supposed to be future of activation but Sprint wouldn't even let me do it.

I had to get a new one too when I got my free s21 . Your phone prob came with sprint card and you beef a t-mobile card . My was overnighter and came w my phone.
