this is why NYC is beyond saving. A man is in a coma after almost dying (and might not ever wake up) and his attacker is charged with a misdemeanor and put back on the streets. How can any law abiding citizen feel safe living in a cesspool of a city like this?

You’re far more likely to be shot, stabbed, bludgeoned, or pushed off a subway platform by a random degenerate in NYC than you are to be killed by police. Maybe you should be worrying about those scenarios instead.

That is an interesting response. Lol I've had far more negative encounters with police than nutjobs trying to bludgeon me. 

 

As for the case. The results are bad but this is some weird territory as the man threw a single punch. It was unprovoked from what I saw but that was only a few seconds. 

 

I agree with the Governor because of the results of the punch. I'm glad you think nyc is a cesspool, keep your dirty ass in CT.
