It's just kick in the door, back out, wait for the non-stationary mobs to shuffle in one by one to be kicked into their friends, then if there are any stationary enemies left you just shoot them. In the hour that I played I don't think I had a single sequence of kills that I thought was cool, stylish, or required skill on my part.
