no man, you start at 0 every game. You can't get an advantage like that. It's entirely skill based. And I guess yea it can be overwhelming at first but if you played RTS or something you can get the hang of it pretty quick. It's also completely free to play but you can buy cosmetics, map skins and other shit.

I understand that people don't want to invest like 100 hours to get the very basics but if you play more it pays off. It's the best team based multiplayer game, every game is different and sometimes weird shit happens.
